At the international stage, we can easily find young Japanese athletes across disciplines. Japanese people view athletes as an honorable profession, and many children even dream of becoming one. In Japan, passion towards sports has been nurtured since childhood, with extracurricular sports club activities and national championships from elementary school through university. Those with outstanding performances can even become professional athletes. After retirement, athletes can find employment at the sport or related departments within enterprises, or become sports anchors or coaches. While we try to frame the future for our children, a more diversified future seems to await their counterparts in Japan, who still dare to dream of becoming an athlete.

looking at the photos and reading articles. Each word and sentence conjures up images. An enthusiast of Japanese culture, I would like to leave a record of my own memories of the Heisei Era before the new one begins.
