Aomori. Hakkoda Mountains
The highest peak in the Hakkoda Mountain range is at 1585 m above sea level.
In the Tohoku region in Japan, every year from January to March,
Juhyo, a spectacular winter scene, will always appear. They are needle-leaved trees covered with a thick layer of frost, which are also dubbed “snow monsters”. At a glance, it was as though these snow monsters were everywhere up in the mountains. At times, a snow storm hits, only to be replaced by blue sky and snowy white clouds at the next moment. The weather at the summit can be unpredictable.

looking at the photos and reading articles. Each word and sentence conjures up images. An enthusiast of Japanese culture, I would like to leave a record of my own memories of the Heisei Era before the new one begins.
