おもてなし。款待。

全心全意、真誠的服務態度深植於日本文化之中,不過隨著愈來愈少人願意從事服務業而成為都市傳說。少子化與老齡化的問題造成勞工短缺,促使日本企業傾向聘請外國人或延長工作時間來解決問題。曾經美好的黃金年代、無微不至的服務和貼心的態度,已一去不復返;尤其是在東京,這個冷漠之都,店員大多是木無表情、機械式地應對。所以,回憶總是美好的。

Such whole-hearted and genuine service attitude is deep-rooted in Japanese culture, but as fewer and fewer people are willing to work in the service industry, this has already become a city legend. In the face of labor shortage resulting from low birth-rate and ageing population, Japanese society tends to remedy the situation by hiring foreigners or extending working hours. The great golden age, thoughtful services to the tiniest detail, and caring attitude have already become a thing of the past. This is especially true in Tokyo, the city of coldness, where most people in the service industry are poker-faced and give mechanical responses. Therefore, Memories are always precious.

looking at the photos and reading articles. Each word and sentence conjures up images. An enthusiast of Japanese culture, I would like to leave a record of my own memories of the Heisei Era before the new one begins.
