由日本文具廠牌Midori開發,現已自立門戶的TRAVELER’S notebook,多年來以旅遊和生活為主軸打造手帳及周邊產品。經久耐用的皮革書封、優良的紙上書寫體驗,加諸可供個人化調度的內芯紙和手帳配置,是品牌長銷大賣的主因。除此以外,TRAVELER’S notebook積極往外尋求合作對象,年復年地推出各種旅遊文化主題的限量商品,同樣是品牌籠絡用家們的一大策略。

透過本地生活用品店LOG-ON串連,分別於2013與天星小輪、2014與香港電車推出聯乘商品,TRAVELER’S notebook明顯對香港有一份情結。而來到最近,TRAVELER’S notebook跟LOG-ON再度合作,帶來與香港富豪雪糕聯乘的限量商品。

自1970年代引入香港富豪雪糕,以卡車流動販賣冰淇淋,儘管其原為美國的冰淇淋特許經營公司,然而多年來它在這城市的穿梭縱走,逐漸成為了香港人的集體記憶。這次TRAVELER’S notebook的限量商品,就把富豪雪糕經典的雪糕車、品牌商標及印花等元素活用在膠帶、手帳、筆具、收納袋和手帳之上。此外為配合是次推廣,香港LOG-ON太古城分店更將開設Traveler’s Factory的快閃店,營業期間由7月21日至8月6日,想搶先購得這次限量商品的讀者記得不要錯過。

Over the years, TRAVELER’S notebook, which was developed by Japanese stationery brand Midori but has become independent, has been creating planners and associated products centering around the theme of travelling and life. It has enjoyed long-term success in sales mainly thanks to its durable leather cover, provision of excellent writing experience on paper, as well as personalizable paper refill and planner arrangement. Furthermore, TRAVELER’S notebook has been actively looking for partners for collaboration. Year after year, they have released limited editions of products based on different themes related to travel and culture. It is a major strategy the brand employed for winning over potential users.

With LOG-ON, a lifestyle product store brand in Hong Kong, acting as its agent, TRAVELER’S notebook has joined hands with Star Ferry and Hong Kong Tramways respectively in 2013 and 2014 to launch products. Clearly, TRAVELER’S notebook has developed an emotional connection with Hong Kong. Recently, TRAVELER’S notebook has cooperated with LOG-ON once again, bringing us limited editions of products co-developed by the brand and Mobile Softee.

Since venturing into the Hong Kong market in 1970, Mister Softee has been selling ice-cream in mobile vans. Even though it was originally a franchise under an American ice-cream franchiser, it has gradually become part of the collective memory of Hong Kong people given its presence throughout the city over the years. This round of limited editions of products TRAVELER’S notebook has made good use of classic elements of Mister Softee such as its ice-cream van, brand logo and illustrations on their masking tapes, planners, pens and bags. In addition, the pop-up store of Traveler’s Factory will be launched at LOG-ON’s branch in Taikoo City, which will operate from July 21 to August 6. Those who would love to buy these limited editions before anyone else should not miss this opportunity.
